On Point Strategy has designed and delivered multi-session grants management training series for public agencies, strengthening internal capacity in compliance, reporting, and indirect cost management. We have also provided technical assistance to private sector organizations, enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring alignment with federal requirements.
Puerto Rico Department of Health actively engages in initiatives to strengthen internal grants management capacity, optimize grant activities, and maximize federal funding outcomes. On Point Strategy delivered the “Let’s Talk about Grants Management” training series with 12 sessions across 8 themes. The workshops improved internal capacity on grant lifecycle topics, reporting, indirect costs, and federal compliance.
