Grant The Change

Community is embedded in On Point Strategy’s mission, which is why we launched “Grant the Change” — a social impact initiative designed to generate measurable, sustainable results. Through On Point Strategy invests in people, processes, and progress, reinforcing our belief that social responsibility and business success work hand in hand.

Grant the Change supports programs and activities that
  • Mentor and develop entrepreneurs — including women-led ventures — through targeted training and business support.
  • Provide resources and strategic guidance that enable small businesses to scale and sustain operations.
  • Support community well-being, including initiatives that encourage youth and women’s participation in sports as a pathway to leadership, discipline, and opportunity.
  • Partner with faith-based organizations to support community activities such as youth camps, holiday programs for children, and local outreach initiatives.
  • Integrate social responsibility into entrepreneurship through active involvement in professional networks and leadership development programs.
