Under her leadership, On Point Strategy has managed over $4 billion in grants and positively impacted more than one million people across Puerto Rico and the United States. She has built the firm into a trusted federal partner, holding SBA 8(a), GSA Multiple Award Schedule, and OASIS+ certifications. Recognized by the U.S. Small Business Administration, the National Grants Management Association, and INC. Magazine, Mely has worked closely with government agencies and executive leadership to drive sustainable impact. She is also a member of the Forbes Council. In her 4+ years at On Point Strategy, Amelia has managed portfolios involving over $500 million in federal fund recovery and has led organizations ranging from 60 to over 1,400 personnel. With her focus on optimizing systems, empowering teams, and turning data into actionable strategies, She ensures On Point Strategy operates with agility, efficiency, and purpose.

Carlos serves as Chief Financial & Administrative Officer at On Point Strategy, overseeing financial planning, operations, and administrative functions across the firm. With 6 years in public accounting and management consulting, Carlos brings specialized expertise in financial analysis, valuations, due diligence, and forensic accounting to grants management and compliance engagements. Recognized as one of the 2021 30 Under Thirty Honorees by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA), Carlos is a CPA and Certified Valuation Analyst who combines technical precision, risk awareness, and strategic insight to ensure financial discipline and operational integrity.

Alek brings extensive public-sector experience in disaster recovery, grants management, and compliance. With over 8 years at On Point Strategy, he has overseen more than $1.6 billion in federally funded projects, including FEMA Public Assistance, CARES Act, and Medicaid programs. He also played a key role in Puerto Rico's largest disaster response efforts, managing $800 million in EMAC reimbursements and recovering over $10 million in federal funds through field-based reconciliations. He has trained over 500 nonprofit employees and government staff on federal grant compliance, supporting regulatory oversight and financial integrity across multiple government agencies. His work reflects deep expertise in disaster recovery systems, audit response, and large-scale grants management operations.
