Assist DCMC (Prime Contractor) in resolving many of the most significant problems that surfaced during response and recovery efforts after Hurricanes Irma and María in Puerto Rico.

DCMC has led response operations, established the framework for long-term recovery, and initiated Puerto Rico’s project formulation and grants management operations in which OnPoint team was the main point of contact of all EMAC missions in PR .

Impact

•Developed PW’s and status reports that have totaled approximately $800m in missions conducted.

•Drafting a $250M Disaster Case Management Proposal for the Government of Puerto Rico.
