There are two key points in the services provided: Lifestyle Management and Relocation Assistance. We know that moving to a new home can be a hassle, especially in an island like Puerto Rico, where we do things our own way. With us, you do not have to worry about the logistical frets it may present. We will take care of all your needs so you can jump into life in paradise. Once you have settled down, we will provide the assistance necessary so you can maintain a focused lifestyle; prioritizing that which is most important to you.
The clients will have an array of services to choose from. There will be different monthly packages to suit their needs in terms of the quantity of services needed. However, there will be one standard package: Relocation Assistance.

A package curated by locals with extensive knowledge and experience in relocating to Puerto Rico. The following are included:
Relocation Orientation
An informational meeting to best prepare the clients in what it means to move to Puerto Rico.
What does it mean to be boricua?
A crash course on what culture on our island looks like.
Transportation Arrangement
Once you arrive to La Isla del Encanto, we will arrange for your transportation to make your way home.
Coordination of House Hunting Trips
If the goal is to have a home upon moving to the island, we can help in coordinating a house hunting trip. During this trip, you will be able to view various properties, as well as get a feel of the island.
Real Estate Referrals
To locate your perfect home, we will connect you to the best real estate agencies on the island.
Utilities
Connecting of power, water, and internet in the home.
Shipping Logistics
We will provide referrals to moving companies that will assist in your relocation.
Department of Transportation and Public Works
a. Obtaining a PR driver's license.
b. Registering your vehicle, if applicable.

Adventure/Cultural Tours
Selected by our personnel, we will refer the best tours for those seeking adventures and a taste of our culture.
Reservations
Whether it be fine dining, a spa treatment, or other, we will assist in making those reservations.
Healthcare
We will connect you to the best healthcare professionals on the island for any appointments you may need.
Private Schools
On a referral basis, we will assist in locating the most suitable private institution for your children.

Community Liaison
The core of the Community Liaison Office lies in the relations made along the way. To better serve the Community, you must first have the resources to do so. As a result of the assistance that On Point Strategy previously provided to federal agencies, numerous contacts were made to attend the immediate needs of the Community. As soon as the contract is awarded, we will also initiate contacts with local insurance companies and their agents to assist employees with establishing insurance and will be available to establish contact with other service providers as needs arise.
These contacts are currently ongoing and have expressed their availability to continue partnering with the CLO:
Ranking members of Luma Energy.
Ranking members of the Puerto Rico Aqueducts and Sewers Authority.
Members of the Department of Motor Vehicle, including the Drivers’s License Bureau to schedule issuance of driver’s licenses and vehicle registrations.
Contacts withe the Department of State.
Liaison with heads of the major private schools in the area.

Cultural Awareness
When a person first enters a new culture, they may find it difficult to work with their new colleagues. Social norms generally differ greatly, increasing the risk of accidental disrespect, misunderstandings, and erosion of trust, resulting in attrition of staff and loss of investments.
